We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vurevest@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
